                                                       India remains one of the fastest growing construction equipment
                                                       markets globally. Demand is expanding beyond large metros into rural
                                                       and semi urban regions. Government programs such as Jal Jeevan
                                                       Mission and Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana are supporting this shift
                                                       by improving water access and road connectivity. This is encouraging
                                                       first time buyers and small contractors to invest in equipment. While
                                                       2025 saw some moderation in public capital expenditure and delays
                                                       in select project awards, the overall pipeline remains strong. State led
                                                       road and connectivity projects continue to move ahead. We expect
                                                       2026 to see steady high single digit growth supported by these ongoing
                                                       developments.
                                                       As the market expands and competition increases, customer
                                                       expectations are also evolving. Technology adoption is rising across
