                                    Umang Bansal, Chairman, Polo Elevators, brings with him over three decades of
                                    experience in building and scaling businesses across manufacturing, infrastructure-linked
                                    services,  and  leadership-driven  organisations.  Umang  focuses  on  the  company’s  long-
                                    term vision and strategic direction. He plays an active role in strengthening governance
                                    frameworks,  enhancing  compliance  and  quality  systems,  and  mentoring  the  leadership
                                    team  to prepare the organisation  for future growth.  Under his  guidance,  Polo Elevators
                                    has evolved into a credible Indian elevator brand with a strong emphasis on quality and
                                    regulatory compliance. The company has steadily expanded into modernisation and
                                    premium segments while building a leadership structure capable of supporting sustainable,
                                    long-term growth. Outside work, Umang enjoys reading, travelling, and spending time with
          his family. Now in his mid-40s, he remains focused on building organisations that are trusted by customers, employees, and
          partners’ alike—placing long-term credibility above short-term visibility.

          Shreya Anand, Director, Vedaanta Senior Living, spearheads  the Sales  and Marketing
          function and has been instrumental in accelerating the company’s growth, strengthening
          its market leadership, and scaling a customer-first, community-led model across markets.
          Vedaanta recently marked 10 successful years in the industry as a profitable, bootstrapped
          organisation, reflecting the strong fundamentals and sustainable platform she continues to
          help build. Known for her deeply customer-centric approach, Shreya focuses on building
          resident-first experiences, strengthening community engagement, and embedding service
          quality  at  the  core  of  Vedaanta’s  growth  story.  With  leadership  experience  across  sales,
          finance, and community management, she brings a rare combination of strategic clarity
          and execution excellence to the organisation. At Vedaanta, she plays a pivotal role not only in day-to-day operations but also
          in shaping the company’s long-term vision for responsible, scalable growth in the senior living sector.
          Shreya is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, bringing strong financial and strategic acumen to her
          leadership. Prior to joining Vedaanta, she worked with organisations such as KPMG and BankBazaar, building deep experience
          across finance, strategy, and business management.

                                   Priyansh Kapoor, Managing Director & CEO, Arvind Smartspaces, has about 16 years of
                                   experience in various leadership roles, primarily in the real estate sector and has handled
                                   diverse roles over the years at Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL) & The Wadhwa Group.
                                   Soon after his PGDM, he joined Godrej Properties as a Manager, Sales & Marketing. Over the
                                   years Priyansh held various roles in the sales and marketing function during his stint at GPL.
                                   He helped build product and international sales vertical for Godrej Properties and eventually
                                   became General Manager – Sales & Marketing at Godrej Properties, helping drive Pan India
                                   sales. In 2016, he joined Mumbai based, The Wadhwa Group as the Head, Sales, Marketing
                                   & CRM. During Priyansh’s stint at The Wadhwa Group the organisation saw rapid growth in
                                   their sales & collections trajectory. Priyansh joined Godrej Housing Finance in 2019 as Head,
          Business Development & Strategy to work on Godrej Group’s entry into the financial services business.
          Since 2020, Priyansh was working as CEO, Mumbai Zone at Godrej Properties, during his 5 years stint, GPL saw stellar business
          growth in the MMR (Mumbai Metropolitan Region) market and became the second largest developer (by reported booking
          value) in the residential space within MMR. Priyansh holds a Master degree in Business Administration from Xavier Institute of
          Management.

          Pakshal Sanghvi, Director, Sanghvi Realty,  represents the next generation of real estate
          developers who are driving innovation and growth in the industry. He has been involved in
          numerous construction projects and has made significant contributions to the success of
          Sanghvi Realty. He has a background in architecture and management, having completed
          his Bachelor’s in Architecture from NMIMS and a Master’s in Management from Manchester
          Business School in the UK. Pakshal’s expertise in architecture and management has enabled
          him to bring a unique perspective to the real estate development process. He is passionate
          about creating sustainable and innovative spaces that enhance the lives of the people who
          live in them. As a Director at Sanghvi Realty, Pakshal plays a key role in the development
          and implementation of the company’s strategies and initiatives. He is deeply committed to
          delivering high-quality projects that exceed the expectations of customers and stakeholders.
          Pakshal is known for his creativity, energy, and drive. He is constantly seeking new ways to innovate and push the boundaries
          of what is possible in the real estate industry. His entrepreneurial spirit and passion for excellence have made him a respected
