      CONSTRUCTION  Arvind SmartSpaces Limited (ASL), part of the Lalbhai group, has

         RESIDENTIAL HIGH-RISE IN AHMEDABAD WITH `400
                   CRORE REVENUE POTENTIAL.

       Ahmedabad, with a total estimated saleable area of around 3.6
       lakh sq. ft. and a top-line potential of approximately `400 crore.

       township. The project also includes Harmonia Senior Villas, luxury
       and duplex villas, Temple Town Phases 1 and 2, and premium villa
       plots, according to a company release.
