Ranjith Rath, Chairman & MD of Oil India, is a geoscientist with impeccable experience and
expertise of more than 25 years in the field of geosciences, served as the Chairman cum
Managing Director of Mineral Exploration & Consultancy Limited under the Ministry of Mines;
Chief Executive Officer of Khanij Bidesh India Limited; Managing Director of Bharat Gold Mines
Limited and also held other positions prior to joining CMD position at OIL.
Rath has a diverse portfolio of roles ranging from strategy formulation, business development,
and upstream asset management to the application of geosciences and exploration geology
in several important projects, such as the creation of Strategic Petroleum Reserves (SPRs), a first-
of-its-kind initiative of the Government of India entailing underground rock caverns for strategic
storage of crude oil - an intervention towards Energy Security.

Sunil Puri, Managing Director, India & SAARC Operations, CNH Construction Equipment India, will
be responsible for spearheading the operations and expand the brand presence in the region.
Having worked in various roles in the Construction Equipment industry, Sunil brings in wealth of
knowledge and market understanding as a part of his three decades long career. He has led
teams in his multiple roles at some of the well-known brands including Ingersoll Rand (I) Ltd, Elgi
Equipment, Revathi Equipment & Sandvik. He joins CASE India from Bridgestone India.
Sunil aims to partnering with new colleagues at CASE India and work towards multiplying the
business growth, strengthen brand reach and expanding footprint to cater to customers across
the length and breadth of the country. Sunil is a B. Tech from Birla Institute of Technology, MESRA,
Ranchi, Jharkhand.
BULLET MAN
Rajendra Prasad, Managing Director, National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL)
has been serving as Director of Project with NHSRCL since November 2017 and is overall in
charge of civil engineering works of the Mumbai Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail Project, popularly
known as the Bullet Train Project. As the Director of Project, NHSRCL, he has spearheaded the civil
works of the MAHSR section in the state of Gujarat i.e. 352 Km including the award of the biggest
single Infrastructure contract in the country comprising of 237 Km long via-duct and 4 stations.
Rajendra has worked as Divisional Railway Manager, Chakradharpur (Feb 2015- May 2017),
Group General Manager, DFCCIL (Dec 2011- Feb 2015), Chief Engineer, Construction Southern
Railways (June 2006 – April 2009) and Resident Engineer, General Consultants to Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (Feb 1999 – Feb
2004).
PASSIONATE LEADER
V.K. Singh, Director (Technical) of REC Limited, before this elevation, Singh was Executive Director
in REC holding a portfolio of key business areas including Private Sector Project Management,
Entity Appraisal and Procurement and is also a Director on the Board of REC Power Development
and Consultancy Limited.
Singh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee and has a career
spanning more than 33 years across power sector PSUs, NTPC, PGCIL and REC. In his 15 year
stint with REC, he has delivered in key operations of the company involving Policy formulation,
Project & Entity Appraisal, Business Planning, Stressed Assets Management and MoU negotiations
besides heading operations at REC’s subsidiary for some time.
