Nachiket Badnore, Vice President & BU Head – ESBS, Everest Industries Limited, is
a seasoned professional with a distinguished career spanning engineering, project
management, proposals, industrial solutions and business leadership. With 23 fulfilling years
at Sulzer India, where he progressed through leadership roles including Director, General
Manager – Static Mixer Business for Europe, Africa, Middle East & India, Head – Proposals &
Project Management, and Head – Project Management & Logistics.
At Sulzer, Nachiket led complex global projects across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and
Chemical industries, working with clients and partners including Shell, Exxon, CB&I, Lummus,
Foster Wheeler, Linde Group, Saudi Aramco, Petrofac, Reliance Group, IOC, EIL, HPCL, BPCL
and HMEL. Earlier, he began his career with SS Techno Services Pvt. Ltd., Pune, as Senior
Project Engineer. His journey at Sulzer was marked by eight promotions and four annual performance awards, reflecting his
strong technical expertise, client focus and leadership capabilities.

Anjani Kant, CEO – Port Division, GVPR Engineers Limited, brings 37 years of extensive
experience across port operations, P&L management, maintenance, port development,
project planning, project management, and construction.In his new role, Anjani Kant will lead
GVPR Engineers Limited’s Port Division, with a focus on strengthening operational capabilities,
driving business performance, managing complex infrastructure projects, and supporting
the company’s strategic objectives in the port infrastructure sector. With extensive expertise
spanning both the operational and developmental aspects of the ports industry, Anjani
Kant brings deep experience in managing complex projects, infrastructure development,
maintenance, and large-scale execution.
His leadership experience across port operations, project management, construction, maintenance, P&L management, and
strategic planning positions him well to contribute to GVPR Engineers Limited’s continued growth and expansion in the port
infrastructure sector.

Bhushan Thosar, Senior Vice President, Kohinoor Group Pune, brings strong expertise in
building market presence and accelerating business growth with extensive experience in
driving commercial sales, managing strategic accounts, developing channel partnerships,
and leading revenue-focused initiatives. Prior to Kohinoor Group Pune, Bhushan held key roles
at Solitaire, LODHA Group, Sigma Solution LLC London UK, and JSM Wireless UK PLC, where
he developed extensive expertise in commercial projects, international sales, strategic
marketing, client relationships, channel management, and business development.
Bhushan’s cross-market experience across India and the UK positions him well to drive
commercial sales growth and strengthen Kohinoor Group Pune’s market leadership.

Arun Sitaram Maheshwari, Director (Commercial & Marketing), JSW STEEL, has been an
integral part of the JSW Group leadership team for over 28 years, contributing significantly to the
Group’s growth. As JSW Steel embarks in its next phase of growth, Arun’s extensive experience
in Commercial, Marketing, Strategy, and M&A will further reinforce the company’s sustained
growth and success. During his illustrious tenure, Arun has been instrumental in sourcing key
raw materials for the Steel and Power businesses, shaping corporate strategy, and expanding
JSW’s international market presence. His innovative and entrepreneurial approach has helped
transform the Group’s steel, commodities, and infrastructure segments. In his five-year stint
as Joint Managing Director & CEO of JSW Infrastructure, Arun has played a pivotal role in
transforming JSW Infrastructure from a captive port service company to a multi-dimensional
infrastructure company. Under his leadership, the company grew into the second largest
private commercial port company with a capacity of 170 MTPA. He also steered the successful listing of the company on the
BSE and NSE in October 2023.
Arun holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and a Master’s in Business Administration and is also Director on the Boards of
JSW Infrastructure Limited and JSW Steel Coated Limited.
