Pankaj Chopra, Managing Director, ARVOS Energy Pvt Ltd has more than 25 years of professional experience, majorly

Auxiliary Components’. Pankaj has led a start-up business in delivering continued growth and getting established as a
leading market player. His expertise has been in the areas of leading projects, contracts and commercial management with
the last seven years seeing him in management and leadership roles including serving on the Board of Directors. Pankaj is a
qualified Cost and Management Accountant also having a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (International Business)
under his belt.

Rohit Katyal, Executive Director and CFO, Capacit'e Infraprojects looks after the finance, accounts and audit, procurement, asset
management and budget control for the Company. He founded Capacit'e Infraprojects in 2012, with the vision of providing high-
quality building construction services which would be consistent and compliment the best in class global construction practices,
whilst thriving for customer satisfaction. Within a short span of over five years, Capacit'e Infraprojects Ltd is a name to reckon with
the construction of buildings with specialisation in high rise and super high rise towers. Prior to Capacit’e Infraprojects, Rahul has
headed Teknoworks (India) and Pratibha Industries Ltd. In all his ventures, Rohit Katyal steered them on a steep path of growth,
through prudent financial management. He is a commerce graduate and has specialised in audit and financial management from
the University of Mumbai.

Namitesh Roy Choudhary, Vice President- PTSE & Capital Investment , LANXESS India has nearly 30 years of experience,
He has led and executed several projects at the Greenfield LANXESS site in Jhagdia in Gujarat, India. These include setting
up of the state-of-the-art Ion Exchange Resins plant, compounding facility for High Performance Materials and relocation
of the Rubber Chemicals and Rubber Compounding facilities. Prior to LANXESS, Namitesh has spent 16 years at Bayer in
various departments such as plant engineering, central engineering, energy & environment and projects. He also spent three
years in China executing a project for Bayer in setting up a greenfield anti-oxidant plant at Tongling, Anhui, China. He also
worked with Tata Oil Mills in the beginning of his career.
Namitesh is a post graduate in Industrial Engineering Management from NITIE, Mumbai and a graduate in Mechanical
Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
