PROFILE EXECUTIVE CONNECT GROWTH LEADER

Ravikrishnan Srinivasan, CEO, TK Elevator India, brings over 30 years of extensive global
leadership experience across industrial automation, digital transformation, and large-scale
operations. He has held leadership positions in Asia Pacific, the Middle East and United
States demonstrating a strong track record in business turnaround, scaling growth and
shaping effective go-to-market strategies. In his new role, Ravikrishnan will lead TK Elevator’s
strategic growth agenda in India, designed to strengthen operations, deepen customer
engagement, and expand the company’s market presence.
Prior to joining TK Elevator, Ravikrishnan spent over eight years at Honeywell, most recently
as Vice President, Industrial Automation for Asia Pacific, where he drove innovation, digital
transformation, and operational growth across complex industrial markets. He holds a
Master of Science (Technology) in Instrumentation from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.

MASTER STRATEGIST

Nataraju Shiva, Head of Business & Strategy, UniVicoustic, brings over three decades of
experience building and scaling businesses in the built environment and workspace solutions
space. He has a proven track record of creating markets from the ground up, establishing
robust systems, and building enduring brand credibility in categories that didn’t previously
exist at scale in India. Earlier in his career, he played a pivotal role in building organisations
such as Wipro Furniture, Wipro Lighting, and Spacewood Office Solutions – working closely with
architects, designers, and corporate clients to position these businesses as leaders in design,
innovation, and the Indian office solutions market. His work also helped establish benchmarks
for sustainability, certification, and intellectual property that shaped the broader industry’s
evolution.
At UniVicoustic, Nataraju will be responsible for shaping the company’s strategic direction across business verticals, partnerships,
and market expansion. His priorities include building a scalable growth framework that works across geographies, strengthening
the company’s specification network with architects, interior designers, and consultants, and ensuring that UniVicoustic’s
product and service offerings are benchmarked against the best in the world. He will also work to align the company’s strategy,
design, and delivery functions so that innovation, wellbeing, and sustainability are embedded in everything the business takes
to market.

DYNAMIC LEADER

Parveen Gupta, Director, Ramacivil India Construction Pvt. Ltd., is a seasoned business
leader and infrastructure strategist with over three decades of experience in the construction
industry. As Director of Ramacivil India Construction Pvt. Ltd., he has been instrumental in
strengthening the company’s position as a trusted EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and
Construction) player across India. Joining the organization in 1999 under the guidance of his
father, Dr. R. N. Gupta, Parveen has built on the company’s strong legacy of quality, safety,
and timely execution, while embracing modern leadership tools, emerging technologies,
and sustainable construction practices. Under his leadership, Ramacivil has successfully
executed prestigious national and international projects, many inaugurated by the Prime
Minister, President of India, and other eminent dignitaries, reinforcing its reputation as a
benchmark in the industry.
With an academic background in Finance (MBA, Amity University) and a hands-on approach to project management,
Parveen blends strategic foresight with operational excellence. He has been at the forefront of delivering complex institutional
and healthcare projects in EPC mode, often in highly challenging conditions, setting Ramacivil apart as a reliable partner for
mission-critical infrastructure.

ALLROUNDER

Akshay Sahni, Director & Board Member, Avante Spaces Ltd, is a distinguished executive with
a multi-disciplinary background across the real estate, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors,
Akshay provides high-level strategic oversight to Avante Spaces Ltd. Currently, he plays a
central role in the firm’s expansion, working in close collaboration with the management team
to architect a robust five-year development roadmap and ensure the successful execution of
Avante’s flagship Grade-A commercial projects.
Prior to his appointment at Avante, Akshay served as the Head of Operations and Finance at
Wear Well India Pvt. Ltd. During a ten-year tenure, he engineered the foundational systems and
processes that facilitated a threefold increase in the company’s scale. Akshay’s entrepreneurial
expertise was further demonstrated as the Managing Director of Amber Hotels, where he
spearheaded the design, construction, and successful divestment of award-winning boutique
properties in New Delhi and Mussoorie—both of which achieved premier rankings on TripAdvisor under his leadership.
