requires years and sometimes decades of hard work, perseverance,
government’s concerted thrust in the form of enabling policies and a
multitude of innovative initiatives by the industry stakeholders. The last
few years have already paved the way for steadfast progress on this
front and we are witnessing winds of change in the way infrastructure
