Sachin Tare, Director – Manufacturing, CASE Construction Equipment, will lead the
company’s manufacturing operations at the Pithampur facility near Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
In his new role, Sachin will focus on enhancing operational efficiency, quality and productivity,
supporting CASE’s continued growth in India and international markets.
Sachin brings over three decades of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, operations
and business transformation across the engineering and automotive sectors. He spent nearly
three decades with Mahindra & Mahindra, where he held leadership roles across procurement,
supply chain, logistics and manufacturing, before joining BirlaNu Ltd. (formerly HIL Ltd.) as
Assistant Vice President – Operations. During his career, he has led large-scale manufacturing
initiatives, including capacity expansion, operational transformation, Greenfield projects and new product industrialization.

Sunil Khanduja, Chairman and Managing Director, Ingersoll Rand India Limited, joined
Ingersoll Rand in 2013 and has held several leadership roles across operations, supply chain,
and business management. With over 25 years of global industry experience, he brings
deep expertise in driving business transformation, operational excellence, and sustainable
growth. As Managing Director of Ingersoll Rand (India) Limited, Sunil has played a pivotal role
in shaping the company’s growth strategy, driving operational excellence, strengthening
customer-centric innovation, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Under Sunil’s leadership, Ingersoll Rand (India) Limited remains focused on delivering
innovative industrial solutions, expanding its manufacturing footprint, enhancing customer
value, and supporting India’s growing industrial and sustainability ambitions. Sunil holds a
degree in Mechanical Engineering and a dual MBA from the Kelley School of Business (USA) and Manchester Business School
(UK).
