analytics, equity raise, investor relations and planning functions at Star HFL. Kalpesh is a housing
finance professional with decade and a half experience in the industry. He brings on board
strategic acumen for housing finance companies across business areas enabling them to
transform and scale up. He has worked across different HFCs and has been closely associated
across their growth journey. Kalpesh started his career with TATA Infotech, i and has also served
Morgan Stanley Advantage Services, Dewan Housing Finance Limited, Aspire Home Finance
Corporation Limited i and Arkfin Investments Private Limited.
Kalpesh is a B.E Computers graduate from University of Mumbai and also holds a degree in M.B.A. (Finance from NMIMS – Mumbai.
His other interests are Trekking, Traveling, Adventure Sports and Reading.

INNOVATIVE LEADER
Olivier Loison, Managing Director, Alstom’s India, brings over two decades of experience
in the transportation sector, contributing on some of the well-known infrastructure and railway
projects across Asia and Europe. Olivier has been with Alstom for over 22 years, working across
various geographies, including China, Singapore, and East Asia in industrial performance, site
management, operations & general management. In his new role, Olivier will be responsible for
executing the Alstom in Motion (AiM) strategy, drive business expansion, oversee commercial and
operational performance. Prior to this, he was serving as the Managing Director of the East Asia
cluster, within the Asia-Pacific region of Alstom.
Olivier is a Mechanical & Industrial Engineer from The École Nationale Supérieure d’Arts et Métiers
in Paris, Olivier has also completed executive management training from INSEAD, Paris.

ALL ROUNDER

Rohan Khatau, Director, CCI Projects Pvt. Ltd. (CCIPPL) comes from the well-known and reputed
industrialist family of KHATAU and has been brought up in an environment of growth, corporate
collaboration and cross-cultural characteristics. Rohan graduated as an Industrial Engineer from
Columbia University, New York. After graduation, his work experience includes stints in finance
(private equity) and manufacturing in the US. Since 2010, he has been the key representative
of the promoter family of the group’s various businesses covering manufacturing and EPC
projects in the electrical sector through Cable Corporation of India Ltd (CCI) and in real estate
development through CCI Projects Pvt Ltd. His experience in CCI spans across all disciplines in
the organization including execution of the installation and commissioning of new factories in Nashik, finance, sales & marketing
and execution of the company’s EPC projects.
In the recent past Rohan has been actively involved in CCI Projects including various fund-raising initiatives and completion of the
project’s current phase spanning 1.3 million square feet of residential development in Mumbai, India. Rohan is also playing an
active role in leading the company’s efforts for the project’s next phases of residential and commercial development.

DYNAMIC LEADER

Mohit Arora, CEO, ATS HomeKraft, brings in his long expertise and skills together to oversee
the development of some of the best-in-class housing infrastructure in the country. Mohit a
Mechanical Enginee did his MBA from the prestigious Indian School of Business in 2007 and also
proceeded to do General Management Program from Harvard Business School in 2018. Starting
his career with Maruti, he has been instrumental in the growth and transformation of some
reputed real-estate brands. His experience spans over two decades in which he has proved
his mettle through successful implementation of high quality projects. Mohit possesses the
knowledge of managing large scale projects and the nitty gritty of infrastructure development.
In the year 2020, Mohit became the CEO of ATS HomeKraft. He aspires to make ATS Homekraft
the best brand for first-time purchasers, tailored to the needs of modern Indian families. Mohit
has led the firm through the tough pandemic years and under his leadership, the organisation has been able to go from strength
to strength with successful launches followed by a phase of quick expansion to fulfil its vision of being India’s largest aspirational
housing brand.
