PROFILE EXECUTIVE CONNECT Narinder Mittal, Country Manager & Managing Director, CNH Industrial (India) Private Limited,

will lead its Indian and SAARC’s Agriculture business. Narinder an alumnus of Columbia Business
School, New York and an Engineering graduate from NIT Calicut, has vast experience in roles of
increasing importance, most recently as Vice President of Industrial Operations, APAC. Narinder
joined the company in 2016 as Executive Director of India Manufacturing Operations, and
was promoted to Vice President of AMEA (Asia, Middle East and Africa) with responsibility for
Manufacturing Operations in China, India, Russia, Turkey, ANZ and Uzbekistan in 2020.
Prior to joining CNH Industrial, Narinder was President and Corporate Head of Operations at
Sonalika International Tractors Limited. Narinder has extensive industrial experience, having held
managerial and operational leadership roles in companies including Claas, Federal-Mogul and many automotive companies
throughout the country.
ACCOMPLISHED LEADER
Shubhabrata Saha, MD & CEO of AJAX Engineering, has served over two decades at Mahindra &
Mahindra in various leadership roles. His last assignment at Mahindra was as CEO in Farm Division.
Shubhabrata has delivered consistent and sustainable profitable growth while enhancing the
brand and network. Shubhabrata comes to Ajax from the $ 3 billion Adventz group where he
served as the MD & CEO of Mangalore Chemicals and Fertilisers and the Deputy CEO of their Agri
business.
Shubhabrata is an accomplished leader with proven record of achieving outstanding financial
outcomes and build strong brand recognition. Over an extensive experience of three decades,
he has developed deep understanding of critical business drivers in both consumer and industrial
sectors. He has been highly successful in building stakeholder relationships, seizing control of critical problem areas and
delivering customer commitments. He has demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset to deliver turnarounds and has also
leveraged the triad of data, digital and technology to solve complex problems.
STEEL MAN
Brij Bhushan Agarwal - Vice Chairman and Managing Director, Shyam Metalics, has been
spearheading the company since its foundation in December 2002. With over 30 years of
experience in the steel and ferroalloys industry, Agarwal is actively involved in all aspects of
the company’s business strategies and overall management and aligns the same with the
company’s goals and vision. His business acumen has led to a steady balance sheet and
delivery of positive EBIDTA in each of the fiscals since the commencement of operations in
Fiscal 2005. His role as a senior leader involves being primarily instrumental in strategic planning,
future expansion, business development, marketing, human resources and corporate affairs. He
also oversees the company’s financial performance, investments and other key verticals.
Agarwal with his vast experience and capabilities has been responsible for introducing and building numerous new business
opportunities across multiple domains. His astute understanding of the economic and financial parameters has helped Shyam
Metalics in ascending up the business multifold.
ASTUTE LEADER
Anil Kumar Lahoti, Chief Executive Officer & Chairman, Railway Board (Ministry of Railways),
belongs to the 1984 batch of the Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE). Anil worked as
Member (Infrastructure), Railway Board. Anil belongs to Indian Railway Service of Engineers, 1984
batch and has been empanelled in the first panel of Indian Railways Management Service
for Level-17. Anil also worked on developing the public-private partnership model for station
redevelopment, along with important infrastructural interventions leading to decongestion in
stations in Delhi during his tenure with Northern and North Central Railways.
Anil graduated in Civil Engineering with Gold Medal from Madhav Institute of Technology and
Science, Gwalior and did his Master of Engineering (Structures) from University of Roorkee (IIT,
Roorkee). During his more than 36 years of career in railways, he has worked in various capacities
over Central, Northern, North Central, Western and West Central Railways and in Railway Board.
