                                       Subir  Kumar Chowdhury, Managing Director and CEO,  JCB India Limited, has been with JCB
                                       India last 14 years, first as Head of Operations, and then as its Chief Operating Officer, finally
                                       moving on to become the Managing Director and CEO in 2019. Subir Started his career in 1982
                                       with Larsen and Toubro as a Graduate Trainee. He later joined  Eicher  in 1984 where he spent
                                       close to 17 years before moving to Whirlpool for about four years. He has led the team which
                                       transformed JCB India from a single factory in 2005 to five Factories in Pune, Jaipur and Delhi-
                                       NCR today. Subir’s significant contribution in operations has enabled JCB to now manufacturer
             over 60 types of products in eight categories, JCB’s Made in India products have since been exported to over 100 countries.
             He is a part of the Global Leadership team at JCB and has built a team of  professionals with a strong entrepreneurial spirit across
             the organization, ingrained with a sense of urgency and agility. An Alumni of the Regional Engineering College, Durgapur, Subir
             lives in Gurgaon with his wife and two daughters  who are both pursuing their professional careers. His family and he like to travel,
             and Subir especially likes listening to Indian classical music.


                                                       EVERGREEN HERO

             Vipin Sondhi, CEO and MD, Ashok Leyland Ltd, has more than three decades of experience in
             manufacturing and engineering sectors. He was earlier MD and CEO of JCB India and member
             of JCB’s global executive team. He led a $1.7 billion business with five manufacturing plants in 3
             locations, 8 product categories, 60 products, 65 dealers and over 700 retail outlets.
             Apart from  the lndia region,  he was  also responsible for  the South  East Asian  and Pacific
             businesses for the company and played a significant role in Global Product and Manufacturing
             Strategy for the Group. He was with JCB for over 13 years. Prior to JCB, Sondhi was the MD for
             Tecumseh lndia, where he served for over 12 years, six years as the MD. The initial 10 years of
             his career was shaped in companies such as Tata Steel and Shriram Honda. Sondhi  was inducted recently as a director on the
             board and would drive technology transition, growth and future strategy for the flagship company of the Hinduja Group as well
             as the group’s global automotive portfolio.


                                       MARKETING WIZARD

                                       Shandar Alam, Managing Director, Vehicle and Hydraulics – India Eaton, heads the company’s
                                       and is responsible for sales and marketing, operations, strategic plans, finance, growth initiatives,
                                       human resources and supply chain functions in the country.
                                       Prior to  this,  Shandar was Director -  Sales  and  Service for Eaton’s  Vehicle and Hydraulics
                                       businesses in India. He was responsible for profitable sales growth through, new business
                                       development,  customer  relationships,  key  account  management,  channel  development,
                                       product management and after sales service. Shandar has been with Eaton for 13 years and
             has held various leadership roles in sales, marketing, distribution, planning and supply chain functions within Eaton’s Vehicle and
             Hydraulics businesses in India. Shandar has over two decades of industry experience. Prior to joining Eaton, he worked in various roles
             in the Supply Chain Management function at Timken India. Shandar has completed an executive post graduate management
             program from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, Mumbai and is a post graduate in materials management from the
             Indian Institute of Materials Management, Kolkata. He holds a graduate degree in commerce from the University of Kolkata, India.

             PVS. Nageswara Rao, CEO, Spartan Engineering Industries, has 35 years of successful
             global leadership experience in providing fiscal, strategic, operations and management
             services in uniquely challenging situations. Previously, he has held a responsible multinational
             leadership positions in many companies, which include M/S ThyssenKrupp Industries India,
             Walchandnagar Industries, Machine Building Division-Mukand Ltd., Buckau wolf, Krupp
             Industries and M/S. A.P Heavy Machinery and Engineering Ltd. Nageswara is a dynamic
             professional, result – oriented, with a continual learning mindset with a strong track record
             performance in turnaround and high paced organizations of domestic and multinational in diversified products, EPC projects,
             and services. He’s a passionate leader with keen analysis and insights with team approach to drive organizational transformation
             to excellence with continual improvements and credited for implementing best practices like TPM, Kaizen, and Lean+ Six
             Sigma at work and has won many national and international awards.
