PROFILE EXECUTIVE CONNECT SUSTAINABLE LEADER

Keshav Punj, Chairman, Corrosion Protection Council of India, aged 40 years, obtained
his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Reading in the United Kingdom.
Keshav graduated with honors and after a brief internship with BNP (Banco National de
Paris) in Mumbai, proceeded to Auckland University in New Zealand, where he obtained
a Masters degree in International Business and Management. Keshav, then returned
to Mumbai to join the Economic Times in their research division, ETIG (Economic Times
Intelligence Gathering) where he served for one year as a Research Analyst. Upon
completion of his contract, he returned to UK for further studies and obtained M.Sc. from
the University of Dundee in Scotland in International oil and gas management. He then
returned to Mumbai and joined the family business in the year 2008 in the field of Oil & Gas Sector.
For the past 16 years Keshav has been involved in business development and Operations. In India he spearheaded the
company’s diversification strategies in new markets of Structural Fabrication of Steel Buildings, Bridges, Towers, Stadiums
etc. and Anti-corrosive coating treatment called Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coating (FBEC) and Modular Furniture. During the
past 5 years he has taken over additional responsibilities in the company’s finance and legal divisions.

SOLAR WOMAN
Tanya Singhal, Founder, Mynzo Carbon and SolarArise, is a rising industry expert in the
climate technology and renewable energy sector with over 15 years of experience. Her
entrepreneurial voyage took flight when she founded SolarArise, a solar asset management
vehicle responsible for developing over half a GW of solar projects across 7 states in India.
Tanya’s leadership and influence extended beyond business operations as she collaborated
with government and industry stakeholders to shape India’s renewable energy policies
through close collaboration with the Ministry of Renewable Energy. After 8 years of leading
SolarArise, Tanya successfully sold the firm and saw its growth on the London Stock Exchange.
Tanya is now building Mynzo Carbon - MyNetZerO which is using advanced technology to
automatically measure emissions and create a ‘climate-identity’, offers personalized nudges
to reduce carbon footprint and finally closes the loop by building ‘My-Forest’ for carbon
recapture to get to Net Zero.

SALES GURU

Samudragupta Talukdar, Founder & CEO, Relata.io - a HDFC Capital backed Proptech
company, is an industry stalwart in the sales domain across diverse industries. While
spearheading key areas such as investments, strategy and marketing as the CEO, he
plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s sales initiatives as its Sales Head as well.
With a cumulative professional experience of nearly two decades, Samudragupta has
previously helmed key responsibilities at global giants such as Iron Mountain and Xerox.
Beyond his strategic acumen, Sam is recognized for his thought leadership in the real
estate industry. His insights and innovative perspectives have contributed significantly to
Relata’s positioning as a market disruptor. Taking a cue from the advent of UPI technology,
which originated in the East and made its way to the West, as against myriad technologies
that flowed from the West to the East, he envisions the proptech industry shifting from east to west, with Relata leading the
way as a pioneer in the proptech world. An engineer by education, his hobbies include F1 racing, photography, cooking
as well as listening to indie folk and jazz. Adding values to his life is his fondness for football and mountaineering, which
he considers complex, but rewarding team games.

Rajesh Jaggi, Vice Chairman - Real Estate, The Everstone Group, joined Everstone in 2012
as a partner, Rajesh has steered the group’s real estate investments and operations. His
career in real estate spans over 25 years, marked by a well-established record in India. His
expertise encompasses strategic planning, acquisitions, finance, sales and marketing, legal
affairs, and project and facility management services, ensuring a comprehensive leadership
approach. Under Rajesh’s direction, IndoSpace, part of the Everstone Group’s industrial real
estate business, has carved a niche as the pioneering developer of Grade A industrial and
logistics real estate across India. This business has propelled the company’s commitment
to the Indian market well over $3.2 billion. Rajesh has been an active Young Presidents’
Organization (YPO) member within the YPO Gold Mumbai Chapter since 2013. Rajesh Jaggi’s
academic credentials are equally impressive, with an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate
School of Business at Babson College, Boston, and an undergraduate degree from the University of Mumbai.
