Vijay Gupta, Founder, Chairman & Managing Director, SoftTech Engineers Limited, is a first
generation entrepreneur. Vijay has worked with CAD/CAM divisions of Crompton Greaves and
Godrej & Boyce for six years at the start of his career. Vijay has over 29+ years of experience in
development of complex CAD/CAE/Project Management software. He holds an M.Tech degree
from IIT, Mumbai. Vijay has been the driving force behind building SoftTech Engineers Limited, a
software product company of repute during the last 23+ years. He has steered the company
towards international, award-winning success by envisioning software solutions that enable
complex processes in the AEC (Architecture-Engineering-Construction) industry. Vijay strongly
believes that IT has to be leveraged extensively to bring in speed, efficiency, and transparency
in processes for public and private sector organizations. It’s his belief, enthusiasm and strategic and technical know-how that has
successfully steered SoftTech through the years.

FINANCE GURU

Vishal Chaudhury, Managing Director, CNH Industrial Capital in India, is a global executive
with over 24 years of experience, with demonstrated history of managing start-ups and revenue
leadership positions. He held global sales finance positions with Nissan Motor Corporation,
Japan and was the COO of Nissan Financial Services in Australia. Prior to joining CNH Industrial
Capital, he was the Business Head for Retail Assets from Liabilities Channel at IDFC First Bank.
Vishal holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from IAM Kolkata, an Advance
Diploma in Software Technology & System Management from NIIT and a Bachelor’s Degree in
Commerce from Calcutta University. With an unique blend of exposure encompassing both
business and risk functions across India and various markets abroad, Vishal has developed the ability to connect the dots to
support corporate strategy and operate in highly competitive and diverse markets with a passion to build business and teams for
sustained success.

INNOVATIVE LEADER

Rajiv Poddar, Joint Managing Director, BKT, represents the third generation of the Poddar family
in the business. In 2005 he graduated at Kingston University, London, in Business Administration
and joined BKT. Before becoming a member of the Management Team in 2013, Rajiv was
Executive Director and worked in various Group’s production facilities, acquiring notions on tires
manufacturing process and systems.
He also worked in the Engineering & Maintenance division before moving on to Human
Resources, Finance, Marketing departments and Production.
Rajiv is the man behind all the many BKT’s sport sponsorships all over the world and his passion
for sports changed the story of BKT by making it one of the strongest sport supporter and sponsor
all over the world.
But not only business, he firmly believes that sports can be used to promote positive values in society.
