Sanjeev Taneja, President & Managing Director, EVONIK India, took over this position in January 2018. Sanjeev has worked in the company for three decades serving in different capacities. He has global leadership capabilities at both strategic and operations in various markets such as South East Asia, Australia, New Zealand, United States, Germany, and now in India. His strong strategic focus and team leadership in managing complex business transformation has held him in good stead over the years. Sanjeev has worked across various business verticals at Evonik such as Resource efficiency, exclusive synthesis, Cyro industries, high temperature polymers and high performance polymers and more. He is highly experienced in post-merger and growth situations, directed at improving bottom-line results in diverse geographical, cultural and organizational environments.





Shelley Barrett, Vice President, Cat Financial, with responsibility for Asia Pacific Operations is based in Singapore. Shelley joined Cat Financial in 1998 as a Territory Manager in Atlantic Canada after working 15 years for a Canadian bank and Cat dealer Finning Canada, where she held various positions in sales, marketing and commercial finance. Throughout her 20 years with Caterpillar, Shelley has served in a variety of roles with increased responsibilities. In 2004, she transitioned to Caterpillar Inc.’s Marine Power Systems Division as Industry Sales Manager, supporting Canadian and East Coast U.S. dealers. In 2007, she relocated to Miami as a 6 Sigma Black Belt where she managed strategic global project teams for Caterpillar’s global marine business. In 2011, Shelley returned to Cat Financial working in various positions, including merchandising and Area Manager supporting dealers and customers in the Houston district. In 2016, she relocated to Cat Financial’s Nashville headquarters where she served as Origination Manager, responsible for all credit, sales support, documents and funding teams for the United States.  Shelley formally studied business and finance and earned a degree in business from Phoenix University.




Vijay Karunakaran, Founder & CEO, TNQ InGage Technologies, before founding InGage Technologies, held senior executive positions at Intel and AMD in the USA for 17 years. During his 12+ years at Intel as Director, he led the Atom mobile microprocessor design and validation division.

 Vijay has 25 years of research, industrial and teaching experience in immersive technologies (Augmented Reality, Virtual Reality), Artificial Intelligence (AI), IoT, Mobile, Advanced Microprocessor design, Cloud Computing and Customer-centric experiences. He is an Industry expert and distinguished speaker in the Industry 4.0 domain. Vijay was awarded the prestigious “President Award” in the US for the Athlon microprocessor development that enabled AMD to become the first company in the world to release a 1 GHz processor. He holds an MS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from Duke University. He has taught and given guest lectures at prestigious universities in the US.




Saravanan Panneer Selvam, General Manager, Grundfos India, has more than 20 years of experience in the pump industry. He joined Grundfos India in April 1998 and has held various positions in the company through the years. In late 2012, Saravanan took on a role oversees as Segment Manager - Industry segment in Grundfos South Africa, before taking up the role of Deputy General Manager for Grundfos Ghana in May 2013 with the responsibility for the West Africa area. After establishing Grundfos Ghana, Saravanan returned to Grundfos India in July 2015, to strengthen the organization as Sales Director with the full responsibility of the whole sales organization in the company. Before joining Grundfos India, Saravanan worked with steam boiler companies like IAEC Industries in Chennai and Al-Saghyir Steam Boilers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He has an engineering degree in Mechanical and Production from the Annamalai University in Chidambaram, India (1991).
