Dilip Buildcon bags road project in Uttar Pradesh

Dilip Buildcon Ltd said it has bagged a Rs.1,362.06 crore road project in Uttar Pradesh. In a regulatory filing the company said that it has executed an engineering, procurement and construction agreement on December 20, 2019 with the Uttar Pradesh Expressways Industrial Development Authority (UPEIDA) for the said project. The project entails the development of Bundelkhand Expressway (package-VI) from Bakhariya to Kudrail in Uttar Pradesh. The completion period of the project having a length of 45.28 km is three years, the filing added.

Capacite lnfraprojects bags hospital order

Capacite lnfraprojects soared over 3 per cent after it has received contract worth Rs.407.16cr (excluding GST) for construction of multi-storey super specialty Hospital Building at Sir J J Hospital Campus Byculla, Mumbai on EPC (Engineering, Procurement and construction) mode.

BGR Energy Systems Limited bags contract from TANTRANSCO

The Electrical Projects Division of BGR Energy Systems Limited has secured an order from Tamilnadu Transmission Corporation Limited (TANTRANSCO) for Design, Detailed Engineering, Fabrication, Manufacture, Supply, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 400/230- 110 kV AIS substation with associated Auto Transformers, Bus reactors, Switchgear, accessories, control & relay Panels, Substation automation system, Control room and complete civil works in Tamilnadu on a total turnkey contract basis. The total value of the contract is Rs.224.28 crores inclusive of GST and the contract completion period is 18 months.

KEC International bags orders worth

KEC International, the flagship company of the RPG Group, on Saturday said it has bagged orders worth Rs.1,520 crore across various business verticals. Its urban transport business has secured an order of Rs.964 crore for the construction of elevated viaduct along with 8 stations of the Delhi Metro Phase IV project from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC), the company said in a BSE filing. The company’s transmission and distribution vertical has bagged two orders of Rs.391 crore for construction of 400 kV Transmission lines in Nepal.

In the railways business, it has secured an order of Rs.165 crore for construction of road over bridges (ROBs) in western India. Total cost of these orders comes to Rs.1,520 crore.

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Ltd gets new order of Transformers

Transformers and Rectifiers (India) Limited has been awarded the order of Transformers amounting to Rs.166cr from Transmission Company of Nigeria PIc, Maitama, Abuja (Worldbank funded Project). The company said order falls under the normal course of business. The company neither has any interest in the entity that awarded the order nor fall within related party transactions. With this order, the company’s order book as on date stands around Rs.1,161cr, the company said in the filing.

The company continuously thrives to deliver quality products and services and over a period of time has become a leading manufacturer of transformers in India and cater the export business in various countries, it added.

VA Tech Wabag gets orders worth from UP govt

Water engineering solutions provider VA Tech WabagNSE 3.30 % on Friday said it has signed a contract worth Rs.1,477 crore with the Uttar Pradesh government for taking up operation and maintenance of sewage treatment plants in Agra and Ghaziabad.

The Chennai-headquartered firm has bagged the Rs.1,477 crore contract on ‘one city, one operator’ model and will operate, maintain and manage the system in both the cities for a period of 10 years, expandable for an additional period of five years, the company said in a statement.

Under the contract, the company will be responsible for managing sewage treatment of over 650 MLD, adhering to national treatment standards, over 3000 km of sewer networks and 46 pumping stations, thus providing a cleaner and healthier ecosystem to the three million population of Agra and Ghaziabad.

Alphageo India Ltd bags contracts from ONGC

Alphageo (India) Ltd is in receipt of Notification of Award (NOA) of Contract from Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC Ltd), Jorhat for:- Acquisition of 3D seismic data through outsourcing for “Bogapha Syncline” Area of A&AA Basin for estimated Contract Value of Rs.43.23 Crores (exclusive of taxes); and - Acquisition of 3D seismic data through outsourcing for “Tichna” Area of A&AA Basin for estimated Contract Value of Rs.68.75 Crores (exclusive of taxes).

PNC Infratech Bags a National Highway EPC Project of Rs.639.0 crore

PNC Infratech Limited has been declared the L1 (lowest) bidder for National Highways Authority of India’s EPC Project of “Four laning with paved shoulders from Meerut to after bridge over river Yamuna, Haryana via Shamli from km 0+000 to 88+476 of NH 709A in the State of Uttar Pradesh” for a quoted price of Rs.639.0 crore. The scope includes construction of a major bridge over river Yamuna, 7.6 km long bypass, 19.7 km strengthening and overlay in the remaining length of the project. The price bids were opened on Friday, January 17, 2020, with PNC’s bid being the lowest (L1). Construction of this project is to be completed in 24 months.

Tata Projects bags Rs.6,000 crore orders in oil, gas refinery sector

Engineering firm Tata Projects anounced that  it has bagged four contracts worth Rs.6,000 crore in the oil and gas refinery sector in Odisha and Rajasthan. Of the four orders, three are from state-owned HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Ltd (HRRL) and one from Bharat Petroleum CorporationLtd (BPCL).

BPCL’s order is for its 2G bio-ethanol project in Bargarh, Odisha, with a proposed production capacity of 100 kilolitres per day of second-generation ethanol.  The other three orders pertain to HRRL’s upcoming greenfield refinery-cum-petrochemical complex in Rajasthan. The scope of these contracts includes work for crude and vacuum distillation unit (CDU-VDU), delayed coker unit with unsaturated LPG treating unit and vacuum gas oil hydrotreating unit and refinery.

Tata Projects provides end-to-end solutions to set up power generation plants, power transmission and distribution systems, fully integrated rail and metro systems, commercial buildings and airports, chemical process plants, water and waste water management solutions, complete mining and metal purification systems.

H G Infra bags highway project in Haryana from NHAI

H G Infra Engineering Ltd said it has bagged a highway project worth Rs.522 crore in Haryana from the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).

H G Infra has been declared L-1 (lowest) bidder by NHAI for construction of proposed Rewari bypass (NH-11) as feeder route in Rewari district in the state of Haryana...on hybrid annuity mode amounting to Rs.522.02 crore, the company said in a filing to the BSE.

The completion period for the project, which has a total length of 14.40 km, is two years, the filing said.

Nila Infra bags Rs.462.1 mln contract from Dholera Industrial City Development Limited

Nila Infrastructures Limited has secured a construction contract worth Rs. 462.1 million from Dholera Industrial City Development Limited (Dholera ICDL) for design and construction of “service area building” in Dholera Special Investment Region (Dholera SIR). The contract is on EPC basis with specific duration of 545 days.

Service area comprises the designated area to house equipment typically required for city services, ICT and power services under a single roof. The service area building shall adequately house electrical, mechanical and ICT equipment required to provide reliable service throughout the Dholera Activation Area.

It will include explicit provision for intended cellular towers, distribution transformer, power main distribution board, Feeder pillars for street lights and surveillance cameras and ICT Tier-1 and Tier-2 facilities. This will make the walkways free from all the sophisticated equipment planned and will provide pedestrians continuous space for commuting.

The project is a prominent part of the Government of India’s ambitious plan for comprehensive development of Delhi Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC) along the accurate alignment of proposed Multi-modal High Axle Load Dedicated Freight Corridor between Delhi and Mumbai, traversing an overall length of 1,483 km.

National Industrial Corridor Development and Implementation Trust (NICDIT), and Dholera Special Investment Region Development Authority (DSIRDA), formed a SPV as Dholera ICDL for independent implementation of intended projects.

The Dholera SIR is functionally the first investment region to be implemented under DMIC project.
