Rajesh Nagar, MD & CEO, GS Caltex India Pvt, graduated from Lucknow University with Commerce and then qualified Chartered Accountancy from ICAI in 1991. He is a fellow member of ICAI.

Rajesh started his professional career with RPG group and held various positions in finance and sales till 2001. He joined Caltex / Chevron India in 2001. During his tenor with Chevron, Rajesh has worked in different functions in India and Bahrain, in the areas of Credit and Risk Management, Accounts and Finance, Channel Strategy and Management and also led the retail sales of Chevron Lubricants in India.

Arvind Subramanian, Chief Executive Officer, Mahindra Happinest, leads the affordable housing business of the Mahindra Group. Arvind started his professional career with the Tata Administrative Service, the central management cadre of the Tata Group, and was Regional CEO at a leading real estate developer prior to joining the Mahindra Group.

Arvind’s interest in the intersection between business growth and social impact dates back to his time as a Partner & Director at Boston Consulting Group. At BCG, Arvind was the global topic leader for the ‘Next Billion Consumers’, picked by Financial Times as one of The Fifty Ideas That Shaped Business Today. He was also tasked with setting up and leading the Centre for Customer Insight which integrated proprietary consumer insight research with strategy development. Arvind led the Technology Media and Telecom practice at BCG in India for several years. Arvind has been a frequent speaker at industry events and conferences, has authored several op-eds, articles and reports on ‘Digital India’ and the ‘Next Billion Consumers’. Rakesh Kumar Bhutoria, Chief Executive Officer, SREI Infrastructure Finance Limited, is an Engineering & Management Graduate and an alumnus of London School of Economics and Political Science and University of Oxford – SAID Business School. Rakesh has also served as an Independent Director on the Board of Banyan Tree Bank Limited, Mauritius and chaired Key Board committees over a 3 year tenor.

Rakesh has around 25 years’ experience across the financial sector in India and Middle East. He has been a Senior Banker with in-depth experience in building teams / businesses across India & Middle East. Rakesh started his career with ICI India Limited and prior to joining the Company, he was the Group EVP & Head – Commercial Banking & Strategic Initiatives at IDFC Bank. Rakesh has led large corporates segment, Mid-Caps, MNC, SME, CV & ECM businesses. He has actively led bank wide initiatives as a Steering Committee Member in the run up to the launch of Banking Operations at IDFC Bank. Earlier, Rakesh spent 14 years as Managing Director with Standard Chartered Bank covering Corporate Banking and Corporate Finance functions in India and the Middle East.
