Vivek Gautam, COO - Strategic Business Group - Core Infra, TATA PROJECTS LTD has been with Tata Projects for more than 25 years. He has more than 30 years experience in the infratructure business. Gautam heads Tata Projects two largest businesses viz. Transportation and Transmission & Distribution and have achieved a combined revenue of more than Rs. 5000 Crores in Financial Year 2018-19. Before being elevated to the position of COO in 2017, he was the Business Unit Head – Transmission & Distribution (T&D) from 2013 to 2017 and earlier the Head (Operations) – T&D. Under his leadership, the T&D business revenues and profitability grew three fold in just four years. He has been instrumental in the commissioning of prestigious projects in India of national importance. Since taking over the charge as COO, the revenues of the Transportation division have gone up three fold in a period of one year. The execution of India’s most ambitious and prestigious railway project since Independence the ‘Dedicated Freight Corridor’ is being carried out under his supervision. Gautam is an IPMA – Level – D certified Project Management Professional and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from the prestigious G B Pant University, Pantnagar.








Manish Mehan, CEO, thyssenkrupp Elevators (India) will drive all strategic, operational and financial goals for OU India with paramount focus on sales and productivity growth, organization streamlining, talent development as well as overall safety and quality improvements. Manish was earlier the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in thyssenkrupp Elevator (India), leading the finance and related functions for the Indian and Bangladesh Operating Units (OU) for the last twelve years. Additionally, he was also appointed as the Director of Operations to lead the OI-wide field operations including elevate India Project Management Office. Manish has the unique distinction of having sound financial knowledge and acumen by virtue of having been a CFO and gaining in-depth operational experience by managing the three critical business verticals i.e. Sales & Marketing, Installation, Service & Maintenance for India and Bangladesh OUs. Manish is a Chartered Accountant with a bachelor degree in commerce from the Delhi University.








Vishal Mehra, Vice President & Director, iRam Technologies oversees Sales, Go to Market Alliances and Partnerships. He creates and executes operational strategies to achieve business objectives and participates with other senior managers in developing strategy for the entire company. Vishal has over 20 years of diverse corporate experience across functions in various large Indian and American MNC's like Tektronix Communications, Polycom, Tata Communications and Bharti. He has been instrumental in engineering large multi-million-dollar deals in his earlier roles and establishing strategic partnerships. He has worked extensively in the telecom sector and government projects in India and African sub-continent. Vishal is also involved with select technology start-ups in the capacity of angel investor and GTM adviser. Known for his professionalism and management skills, Vishal has expertise in start-ups, funding, IoT, telecom, automation, smart cities, sales, business development, account management, channel & distributions management.









Kritarth Raja, MD, AIC Infrastructures Pvt Ltd had to start off early in life due to circumstances. While pursuing his education, Kritarth was interested in infrastructure development and it was this interest and passion that made him take the helm of this business at a very early age. Kritarth and his team was successful in completing the road project of 25 Kms on Mumbai- Nashik Highway in the year 1997-1998 with minimum resources. Kritarth introduced the new technology for preserving the runway surface called “AGSG”, used successfully in the United States. The technology was later implemented in India on numerous runway surfaces across the country. Kritarth has a Diploma in Civil Engineering and comes with an experience of over 19 years. Kritarth and his team have been successful in carrying out the re-carpeting work of the runway at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport Mumbai–MIAL. It came off well with flying colors and was done within the stipulated 6 hours, maintaining Mumbai’s challenging flight schedule.
