Shivam Sinha, CEO, Indiassetz can be called a thought leader with the capacity to materialise his ideas and concepts into executable reality. Indiassetz, of which he is the founder and CEO, is his brainchild which came into existence due to his recognition of a need in the space of real estate and an idea of how to fulfill this need. Shivam’s journey began with a degree in MBA from Bangalore from where he entered the world of finance through the banking industry. A sixteen-year long career in the banking sector, with multinational banks like HSBC and Standard Chartered, equipped him with a deep knowledge of personal and corporate finance. During his tenure in banking, Shivam realised that unlike wealth management, where myriad individuals and firms advise clients of the best way to invest, grow and preserve their money according to their goals and risk profiles, there was no where a person could get complete advisory about investing in real estate. Shivam dreams of expanding Indiassetz from the two locations that it works out of currently into many more nationally as well as internationally. He anticipates the realty market to do booming business in the coming years with support from the Government in infrastructure development and better regulation of the sector.
