Future outlook on the industry and from your company perspective

Industry has gone thru many changes in the recent past like BS4 transition, forced ventilation implementation, GST, E-way bills and most recently axle load notifications. However Demand for tippers will continue to be robust on the back of large scale investments and drive in road construction and mining activities across the country. Requirement of tippers for this industry comes from primarily two applications- 1) Aggregate Mining 2) Surface transport. We expect these applications to witness unprecedented demand in the coming 2-3 years. Resumption of mining activities in select states also has led to increase in demand for tippers.

In future, huge shift will be seen in the surface movement application of aggregates with many road projects getting a go ahead. Also there has been good demand on account of building of smart cities, SEZ projects, and other infrastructure projects across country. Huge investments in infrastructure and industry will surely offset any contraction in demand due to consolidation and free movements.

Tata motors tippers have a wide acceptance in the industry and we expect that the new products being launched shall increase the momentum of sales for tippers.
