Anup Mathew, Senior Vice President and Business Head, Godrej Construction has over two decade of work experience in the Indian Real Estate and Construction Sector. Over the years, he has had the opportunity to shoulder various responsibilities in the Godrej Construction Division. Prior to Godrej, Anup had a relatively short work experience with the Essar Group and with Network Construction Pvt. Ltd. Anup is also responsible for managing the Corporate Real Estate Assets of G&B. This includes the Godrej Pirojshanagar Township in Mumbai, and several other Real Estate Assets of G&B spread across India. Anup holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Construction Engineering and a Post-graduate Master in Construction Management from the National Institute of Construction Management & Research (NICMAR).


He also holds a Diploma from The Swedish Institute of Management, Stockholm, Sweden. He was one of the 14 Indians who were selected with a scholarship for the CII-Nehru Fulbright Fellowship Program in the Year 2012. He completed the Fulbright Program from The Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, U.S.A.







Santosh Verma, Co-Founder & Director My Eco Energy (MEE), an IIM (A) Executive MBA Alumnus, began his formidable professional journey two decades back, armed with an intent of becoming a name to be reckoned with, in the corporate world.



Having extensive experience of being in corporations across functions for 20 years, he dabbled many a role in the field of Sales and Marketing in particular, during his starting years in companies like Charminar Bottling Company. His business acumen and ability to steer corporations in the right directions eventually led him to hold several MD/ED level positions in various companies Santosh Verma and Sachin Labde co-created My Eco Energy (MEE), the makers of the revolutionary renewable Bio-Automotive diesel brand “INDIZEL’’, the one and only which for the first time meets the EN590 and IS 1460 BS VI standards. From manufacturing, distribution and retailing, “INDIZEL’’, is adaptable in all diesel engines, MEE is committed to add value to the industry and communities through this mission of sustainable development and do away with some of the pressing environmental concerns of today.







Radheshyam Mopalwar, (IAS), Vice Chairman & Managing Director, Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation Limited (MSRDC) is a 1995 batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of Maharashtra cadre. He has been a prominent name in the planning and execution of the state government’s ambitious Samruddhi Corridor project, the Bandra-Versova Sea Link project and a third bridge along Sion-Panvel highway. His qualification includes Graduation in Economics and Post Graduate in Law.



Before joining his current posting as Member Secretary of Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran, Mopalwar has served as CEO of Rural Development at Hingoli, Director of Water Resources at Pune, General Manager at Transport Department (Pune), Collector – Land Revenue Management and District Management at MIDC, Member Secretary – Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) – Mumbai City.






Samir Surlaker, Director, Assess Buildchem Pvt Ltd and Advisor, Construction Chemicals Manufacturers Association has around four decades of national and international experience and exposure in Construction Chemicals, Rehabilitation Strategies and Injection Systems. Over the years, he strove to increase awareness about better practices for construction durability, across the globe.Surlaker’s contributions to emerging technologies and techniques include special chemical resistant coatings for water and wastewater industry, anti-carbonation coatings, thermal barrier coatings, injection technologies and FRCM systems for rehabilitation of structures especially bridges, dams and heritage structures.He has contributed actively to the Profession as Past Vice President of Indian Concrete Institute, Past Director of India Chapter of American Concrete Institute, Past Governing Council Member of ACCE (I) and as the Past President of Construction Chemicals Manufacturers Association (CCMA).He is co-author of Handbook of Advanced Concrete Technology. His contributions were recognized by the Industry who honoured him with “Outstanding Contribution to Concrete Technology Award, 2005”and most recently “Honorary Life Membership” of CCMA. Surlaker was recently conferred the “ACCE (I) Gourav Award – 2018” by The Association of Consulting Civil Engineers, India [ACCE (I)]in recognition of the outstanding body of work produced, contributions made by him to Civil Engineering, and furthering the profession over a lifetime of achievement.
