LTD., gives a preview of their new products to be launched at EXCON ’17 and discusses their marketing strategy.

 

 

As a company what will be your focus at EXCON ’17, the theme at your pavilion.

 

Our major focus is to showcase our capabilities as an engineering company who can design, manufacture, and delight, our customers with a high quality product and experience an excellent long term relationship. Our high quality products will help our customers to improve the safety, reliability, and productivity, at their sites. Our focus will be to convey this message to our esteemed customers. Our customer service ensures a delightful experience to our valuable customers.

 

 

 

Tell us about the various products/equipment you will be displaying at EXCON ’17. Are you planning to launch any new products?

 

EXCON being an excellent platform, we will be using it as launch pad to introduce our new products,

  • CNC Stirrup Bending Machine
  • Spiral Ring Bar Bending Machine
  • Rack and Pinion Multifunctional Hoist
  •  

Our understanding about the customer requirement helps us to resolve their issues by innovating and come up with an excellent solution in the form of a high quality product. One of the examples is Spiral Ring Bar Bending Machine. We are happy to come up with this innovative product as a solution to spiral ring bending. We welcome all our customers to see our product range and be part of our celebrations in launching the new products.

 

 

 

Smart technology and innovative features in your products.

 

Our experience in this field helps us to design and manufacture products that are different from conventional machines. We thoroughly understand the customer pain, be it the Purchaser, User, and Operator. We work on ground to understand these concerns/issues before we start developing a product. This enables us to think differently and come up with Simple, User Friendly, yet Powerful, solutions to their existing problems.

How do you plan to capitalise on the robust opportunities that will be generated at EXCON 2017?  As an Exhibitor what are your expectations?

 

We understand and realize that EXCON provides a terrific platform to showcase our capabilities and build the brand. We have extensively communicated with all our existing customers and potential customers to visit EXCON and visit our stall. We would like to take this opportunity to give them the demo of our machines, network, and build the relationship.

 

Our major expectation from EXCON is to have customers from pan-India, be it big corporate or small contractor. We also expect various conferences in EXCON to highlight the issues we are facing as a Manufacturer.

 

 

 

Tell us about your manufacturing base in India, and the level of automation in your plants.

 

We believe in manufacturing everything in India, not only good for our customers, but also for a cause to develop the society. Our state-of-the-art, design, manufacturing, and testing facility, is in Vadodara, Gujarat. It’s our standard practice that we invite our customers to see our facility. We observed that when customers pay visit to our facility, we don’t need to explain about the quality and care we take to create a world class machine. Seeing is believing! We welcome our customers to our plant.

 

 

 

Your marketing strategy in a price sensitive market.  

 

Frankly, we are not worried about the price sensitiveness. Why? because we have our products which speaks about the quality and performance. It definitely gives a peace of mind to our customers. This is more important. Price is always a perceptive. We have experienced that our customers gives more priority to Quality Performance and Reliability, so that they can finish their projects on or before time.

 

 

 

Impact of  GST on your business.

 

Any new initiatives, there will be issues. We are no exception. We hope Government of India is serious about it, making GST more simple and easy. We support this change.

 

 

 

After a recession last few years in the sector, do you think the construction sector is on the verge of a turnaround now? How are you geared up for it?

 

We feel, the construction segment is still under recovery, slowly. We hope there will be innovative steps from this segment to overcome the slowdown and perform better. As far as we are concerned, we don’t focus only on one segment. We also have other area where the projects are there and doing good performance. It helps us to balance.

 

 

 

Your market outlook from the company and industry viewpoint.

 

We are very confident about the Indian economy and industrial scenario. However, we are looking at the world as our market. Our focus is also to develop outside Indian market very aggressively. We will be participating in some of the International shows as a part of this.
