Ian Hauptfleisch, Regional Head (MENA, Europe and Central, North & South Asia), Construction Computer Software (Pty) Ltd, holds a degree in BSc. Construction Management. After plying his trade for construction companies in South Africa, Ian joined Construction Computer Software in 1998 as a Technical Consultant. A few years down the line, Ian took up the role of Product Development Manager at the company’s headquarters in Cape Town directly responsible for and overseeing the current product and release of CCS’ leading Estimation and Project Control software, Candy. Ian has garnered extensive international experience in all aspects of construction software, processes, and management, while consulting, supporting, and advising, on and for some of the most prominent construction companies, professionals, and projects worldwide. Ian works very actively with CCS India team and plays a pivotal role in building the company’s growth across Pan India region.

Nandan Pradhan, Business Consultant, Strategic Connections, has led the Sales and Marketing operations in construction related businesses. He has spearheaded organic growth in the construction equipment space with Spartan Engineering, in construction chemicals with Italian multinational Technokolla, and Indian Multinational Fairmate. During his professional tenure, Nandan has handled various portfolios viz. Channel Sales, Key Account Management, Operations, After Sales Service, New Product Development, Product Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Training. After spending two decades of professional life in corporate organisations and handling different businesses, he launched himself into the field of Management Consulting with a focus on developing small businesses. He started his firm Strategic Connections with a mission of assisting entrepreneurs to grow beyond their current stage and sustain the same in the long run. With a belief of contributing to the society and enriching the people around, Nandan has always been a mentor to his team members and now a coach to his clients.

Vineet Kashyap- MD, B L Kashyap & Sons Ltd. is an industry veteran of almost 40 years in the construction Industry, who along with his brothers, started B.L Kashyap in 1978 and  listed it on the stock exchange in 2007. Under his leadership it ranked among the fastest growing construction companies in India in 2010. He bagged prestigious projects of DLF, Embassy Group Toyota, Taj, Oberoi, Fortis, Prestige, Hero Honda, Toyota, Emaar, etc.  He handles all BLK operations, Finance, Banking, Investor Relations and Real estate Division of the company.  His core Team of 5 has remained unchanged last 25 odd years. Highly respected and loved by all in the organization and mistaken for a civil engineer by most, he Kashyap is a graduate from Hindu College, Delhi University. He first started his career in Bangalore with the Escorts Industries, and then ITC Windsor Manor Hotel. Post that, he has never looked back.

Amit Sood- Executive Director – Sales & Marketing, Asahi India Glass Ltd. joined AIS in 1993. In his 23 years of experience working in the automotive industry, he has served as a Unit Head of OEM, Sales & Marketing, and Business Development & Exports, among others. His broad knowledge in the areas of market planning, business development, product development, customer relationship management, sales planning and execution, supply chain management, and team management, have been instrumental in the overall growth and transformation of AIS. Adept at identifying and strategizing new business avenues and practices, he has been a key contributor in achieving sustainable and profitable growth for the company.  He is an MBA and a PG Diploma holder in Financial Management. When not immersed in work, he enjoys a good happy hour with friends and family, and loves reading books and going out for a jog.
