Shirish Adi, VP & MD, Emerson’s Commercial & Residential Solutions, India, is a seasoned leader with an ongoing 27 year long career at Emerson. After joining Daniel India operations, he grew through various management roles and went on to become the General Manager/Managing Director of Daniel Measurement as well as its Entity leader. Later in 2013, he moved as the Business Director for Rosemount in India, with complete Profit & Loss (P&L) responsibility. Shirish proved himself repeatedly and in his new role, as VP and MD for Emerson’s Commercial & Residential Solutions he will be responsible for the entire business and operations in the country and will be based at the company’s India headquarters at Pune. With his long experience and Emerson’s strategic direction and business ethics, he will be leading the organisation to drive growth and profitability. Shirish took over from his predecessor who has been promoted. Shirish, prior to working at Emerson, had worked for Advanced Spectra-Tek and DDE ORG Systems.




Georg Graf, Regional Representative India, Head of Freudenberg Regional Corporate Center India, is a graduate in Business Administration from University Augsburg, Germany. With a career spanning 37 years since 1980, he has been with the Freudenberg Group for 25 years and has held many prominent positions in the company. From 1992 – 2003 he was in the Finance and Accounting, International Projects Division, and was Head of Finance and Accounting within Klüber Lubrication München SE & Co. KG during 2003-2008. Subsequently he served as President Finance, IT, and Administration (CFO) at Klüber Lubrication India Pvt. Ltd., from 2008 -2013. Since 2013 he serves as the Head of Freudenberg Regional Corporate Center India, and currently he is the Regional Representative India. Prior to joining Freudenberg, Georg was associated with Cyanamid GmbH (Controlling) and started his career as an Industrial Manager (Apprentice)  CCI (IHK). He also served a compulsory military service as a member of the mountain infantry. He is a Member and Committee member (elected) of Indo-German Chamber of Commerce, a Trustee in Freudenberg Tsunami Victims Rehabilitation Foundation, and a director for several Freudenberg India companies.





Uday Kulkarni, President, Schindler- India & South Asia, is responsible for leading the overall direction of the organization. In his current role, he is responsible for operations in India and South Asia Market, as well as the Schindler Factory & Corporate R & D at Pune. Uday holds a bachelor of engineering from VJTI, Mumbai and an MBA, from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management, Mumbai. In his rich experience of more than 37 years in the engineering industry, he has held several leadership positions in various capacities. Uday has also been a Rotarian since 1995 and is currently a Rotary Board Member of Bombay Midcity as well as a Paul Harris member.






Bhupinder Singh, CEO, Messe Munchen India, and CEO, BC Expo India – an MBA, and PGDBA in marketing from IIM, CALICUT, and economics graduate from the Delhi University – is presently heading Messe Muenchen India and bauma CONEXPO India operations. He has managed key positions within the exhibition industry that has a focus on project management, strategic planning, implementation, and business development, over the past 14 years in which Messe Muenchen India was initiated in 2007. He has developed and implemented concepts for the top end trade fairs and exhibitions, which requires taking up of international responsibilities for optimal term planning and risk management and for promoting strategy implementation. The experienced trade-fair expert supports Managing Director Darryl Dasilva (CEO) and Thomas Löffler (Deputy CEO). He enjoys spending time with his family and reading in his free time.
