Ruju Rathod, Director, ecoLOGYC is a practicing architect and sustainable design analyst, specialising in green buildings and energy modelling. Ruju has done her Master of Science (M.S.) Sustainable Design from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh and Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch.) from Kamla Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute of Architecture and Environmental Studies (K.R.V.I.A),Mumbai. She is a member of the United Green Building Council and a USGBC LEED accredited professional along with being a GRIHA Trainer and Master Trainer for the Energy Conservation Building Code. Ruju has over 9 years of experience as a practising professional in the realm of architecture and sustainable design. She has worked at reputed companies like Inglese Architecture & Engineering and Kirksey in USA and Edifice Consultants Pvt. Ltd in India. She has worked on over USGBC – LEED, IGBC and GRIHA Projects. She has been a team member for the 1st runner up entry for master planning for a 742 acre campus for I.I.T at Jodhpur. One of her projects won the IREM (Institute of Real Estate Management) LEED Stars award, USA. She is currently a visiting faculty at Kamla Raheja Vidyanidhi Institute of Architecture and Environmental Studies.




Krishna Prakash Maheshwari, Chief Executive Officer, Essel Highways Ltd. holds a Bachelors of Engineering in Electronics and Communication from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi followed with a Masters in Business Administration-Finance from Institute of Social Welfare & Business Management, Kolkata. He will be leading the business development, operations strategy and initiatives for the road and transport businesses at Essel Infraprojects Ltd. Maheshwari has over two decades of experience across various verticals of the infrastructure sector. Prior to joining Essel, Maheshwari was heading the Integrated Environment Infrastructure business of UPL Ltd. He has also donned various hats during this 12 years stint with Reliance Infrastructure. He was the CEO of metro business and played a key role in the setting up of the first line of Mumbai Metro as well on the Delhi Airport Express. Maheshwari began his career with IFCI, the first Development Finance Institution in the country and handled all aspects of Project Finance across a wide gamut of industries. His expertise in technology and sharp business acumen is ample testimony to his strong educational background.




Ankush Mehta, Director, NEO Infracon is a savvy young businessman who took over the reigns of NEO Infracon in 2012. A far sighted individual with a fresh outlook; Ankush has been able to successfully bring about a new perspective to the company with his deep rooted skills in planning business activities, executing operations and focusing majorly on design and development. Ankush has turned his focus to affordable housing and re-development and with his expertise he looks to steer NEO Infracon to a new level in these segments. Ankush brings on board a set of global perspectives driven by the variety of things he comes across during his international tours. He has visited places like Mexico, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Austria, Singapore and France. Ankush is a graduate in International Business from Nottingham Trent University.





Ramesh Iyer, Vice Chairman & MD, Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services Ltd. has been associated with M&M Financial since its inception. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration. Ramesh comes with a wealth of experience in matters relating to business development, finance and marketing. Ramesh is also a member of the Group Executive Board of M&M, the holding company, and on the Board of various Mahindra Group companies. In his illustrious career he has been conferred with numerous awards and accolades such as Indian Achievers Award for Corporate Leadership by Indian Achievers Forum, Business Leadership Award by the Institute of Economic Studies, New Delhi. His leadership was lauded with the ‘CEO with HR Orientation' Award by Employer Branding Institute, CMO Asia, with their Strategic Partner CMO Council. In addition, he has also received the Udyog Rattan Award by the Institute of Economic Studies, New Delhi; the Rashtriya Udyog Pratibha Award by the Council for Economic Growth & Research, Pune; and the Bhartiya Udyog Ratna Award by the National Education & Human Resource Development Organisation, Mumbai. Ramesh is a Member of the Banking & Finance Committee of the Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Core Committee of Finance Industry Development Council (FIDC) and the Task Force of NBFCs of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI). He is also the Co-Chairman of the Group on Finance & Leasing and Insurance of the Council of Economic Affairs, set up by Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM).
