Kishore Bhatija is Managing Director,Real Estate Development and Director, Inorbit Malls (India). He has been associated with the K Raheja Group for almost 23 years and has played an instrumental role in building it into the brand it is today. In the course of a highly successful career spanning three decades across various facets of the real estate business, Kishore has won several laurels. His ingenuity has earned him a reputation of one who likes work done to precision, while building growth through effective trouble shooting and leading through people management. Success has been a constant companion and he is highly respected in the industry, having crafted the successful chain of Inorbit Malls, the Groups retail foray during his tenure as MD and CEO from April 2008 - March 2015. Even as he more recently assumed a larger role at the corporate level of K Raheja Corp., Kishore continues to mentor the Inorbit Malls business. A Chartered Accountant by profession, his rich work expertise is spread across multiple areas in real estate development. His proficiency has been acknowledged with several awards, ranging from the prestigious ‘Business Achiever—SME’ at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India - 2012, the IMAGES ‘Most Admired Shopping Professional of the year’ - 2010, the respected ‘The Retail Icon of the Year’ - 2011 at the Asia Retail Congress. Kishore now guides the Company through its next phase of growth as key member of the core leadership team at K Raheja Corp.




Jagdish Chandra Toshniwal, Managing Director, Wonder Cement, joined the company in 2015 as Executive Director. Under his leadership the company has been able to expand its footprint in Rajasthan and neighboring markets. He has been instrumental in setting up a strong foot hold for Wonder Cement in markets like Ahmedabad, Indore and Northern regions. In line with the company’s strategy and objective of becoming a national player in the shortest time, he will now focus on creating a national footprint and generating a larger customer base in the domestic market.A recognized leader, in his new role as Managing Director, he is tasked with accelerating the growth journey and building a futuristic organization.  A veteran in the cement industry, he started his career in the cement industry as a fresher from BITS – Pilani, four decades ago. His first assignment was with Udaipur Cement in 1975. He scaled newer heights and was entrusted with leadership positions in Ambuja Cement where he spent a major part of his career spanning close to 18 years. As a Business Head of the Northern Region at Ambuja Cement in Delhi, he was responsible for commercial, operational and environmental sustenance.





Joydeep Mukherjee is Chief Executive Officer, H&R Johnson (India), a division of Prism Cement Ltd. He is also Executive Director at Prism Cement Ltd. As the CEO, he leads H&R Johnson (India) across all its businesses and operations. He holds an Executive Masters Degree in International Business from IIFT-New Delhi. In his last assignment with ACC Ltd, he was Chief Executive of the South and West Regions of ACC and thereafter when the company changed to a functional structure, he was overseeing the Ready Mix business, logistics and B2B Sales & Marketing as an Exco member of ACC. He brings with him over 27 years of rich experience in Sales, Marketing & General Management. In his earlier assignments, he was the National Sales Manager at Hindalco Ltd. and worked in Indian Aluminium Company and Flex Industries.





Frédéric Guimbal was appointed Managing Director – RMX, Lafarge India in 2012 with a mandate to turn around the fledgling business which he has done successfully. He was additionally given the responsibility of Aggregate business and Development Centre, CDL in December 2015.

With over 18 years of experience in R&D, Product development, Quality and RMX business Management. Frédéric joined Lafarge in 2003 as Research Project Manager at its R&D Centre in L’ile D’Abeau and has since held a number of senior management positions across the world; including the USA and India. Frédéric moved to the USA in 2006 as Product Development and Quality Director for RMX. He was later promoted to General Manager fully responsible for the RMX business in the southern region of the USA. He returned to France in 2010 as Vice President General Manager of the RMX business in northern France. Frédéric started his career with BOUYGUES, France in 1998 where he headed Technical Services; before moving to Lafarge.

He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Ecole Nationale des Ponts des Chausees, Paris [1998] and Masters in Material Mechanics from Pierre Et Marie Curie University. He has successfully completed Lafarge Management Training Courses from the INSEAD School of Management, Fontainebleau and DUKE University.
