With a total of 20 years of exposure to landmark projects like the Durgapur Expressway, NH-1 (Rajpura – Sirhind), Punjab, NH-5 (Chandikole-Bhadrak), Orissa – not to mention a host of assignments which has seen him leaving his imprimatur at a host of reputed companies such as L&T ECC, Prathibha Industries, Oriental Structural Engineers Pvt. Ltd, Atlanta Infra Assets Ltd and Oriental Tollways Pvt. Ltd.
N Neelakanteswaran could very well consider himself a infrastructure sector veteran – which he is. He is presently Executive Director (Operations), Capacit'e Group., responsible for  establishing systems, standard operating procedures, Buildsmart ERP implementation, monitoring and control processes, support service functions etc. as necessary for ensuring a robust project delivery mechanism for timely completion of  projects within budgeted cost, ensuring compliances. Neel,  a Bachelor in Civil Engineering from REC-Rourkela feels that his current role at Capacit'e is the most challenging one to date. The challenge, he feels, has been in spearheading the growth of the company from a start-up soliciting business into an institution built on systems with a robust project delivery mechanism which is able to attract repeat orders and
