BRAMHAPUTRA INFRASTRUCTURE RECEIVES ORDER

North East Frontier Railway awarded a Rs.126.50 crore order to Brahmaputra Infrastructure Ltd for, execution of the Construction of foundation and sub structure over pile foundation for Tall Bridge no. 89 (3*103.50M steel girder) at Ch: 30400 and bridge no.196 (2*78.80m +2*103.50m Steel Grider) at CH: 48865 m including all other ancillary works and protection works in between stations Bairabi and Sairang in connection with the construction of new the BG Railway line from Bairabi to Sairang (Mizoram).

 

Value Rs.328 cr.

RATNAMANI METALS BAGS ORDERS

Ratnamani Metals and Tubes has bagged two orders, to supply HSAW pipes worth Rs.116 crore and to supply ERW pipes worth Rs.212 crore for oil & gas pipelines that are to be completed by December 2017/January 2018 and amounting to Rs.328 crore. After bagging these orders the script hit a high of Rs.804.05 per share, the company gained about 6.62 per cent.

GPT INFRAPROJECTS BAGS ORDER

GPT Infraprojects Ltd bagged an order worth Rs.210 crore from the Office of the Superintending Engineer, Public Works (Roads) Directorate, Government of West Bengal, which it has to complete in 24 months. The order involves construction of ROB and its approaches in lieu of Level Crossing on NH-60 and construction of ROB and its approaches in lieu of Unmanned Level Crossings on NH-60 in West Bengal.

 

Value Rs.2,231 cr.

L&T APPRECIATES

With L&T’s announcement of an order win worth Rs.2,231 crore by its construction arm across various business segments, L&T’s stock saw a 1.4 percent rise to Rs.1,752.The Company’s; building & factories business bagged an order worth Rs.1,324 crore, power transmission & distribution business segment bagged a transmission line order worth of Rs.540 crore, water and effluent treatment business has bagged an order worth of Rs.367 crore.

SIMON INDIA BAGS CONTRACT

A contract worth Rs.370 crores from Mundra LPG Terminal Pvt Ltd of the Adani Ports & SEZ Limited has been bagged by Simon India Limited (SIL). According to the contract, SIL will provide EPC services for Adani’s LPG terminal at Mundra Port in Gujarat which is one of the largest such terminals in terms of capacity. The contract involves, detailed engineering, extended basic engineering, procurement, supply, transportation and installation.

 

Value Rs.255 cr.

PENNAR INDUSTRIES BAGS ORDERS

Pennar Industries Ltd announced that it has bagged multiple orders worth Rs.255 crore across its business units. It has received orders for underframes and module mounting structures. Pennar Engineered Building Systems received orders from a cement company, paint company and IKEA. Pennar Enviro has secured orders for water treatment filters, sewage treatment plant, and water treatment plant. Its industrial components business has received a repeat order for hydraulic cylinders and another order for customised cylinders. It has also received orders for collecting electrodes and for special grade steel.

 

Value Rs.183.64 cr.

INDIAN HUME PIPE BAGS ORDER

Indian Hume Pipe has bagged a work order worth Rs.183.64 crore from the Water Supply & Drainage Board, Coimbatore. The work is to be completed within two years from the date of issuance, and it involves providing improvements to water supply distribution to the added areas of Tirupur Corporation, including trial run and commissioning.

RPP INFRA PROJECTS BAGS ORDER

A Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation (TNCSC) order worth Rs.51.2 crore has been bagged by RPP Infra Projects to construct eight scientific storage godowns in a time frame of 12 months, each with a capacity of 5000 MT to constitute the total 40,000 MT capacity within the TNCSC at Edamanal village of Nagapattinam district in Tamilnadu.

MERCATOR BAGS CONTRACT

Mercator announced that it has received a contract worth approximately Rs.15 crore for maintenance at Karaikal Port and that the work will be completed during the earlier half of 2018. The company’s NSE share price rose to a high of Rs.41.50 per share. In the BSE the stock delivered 29 per cent returns in a one year period and at the same time underperformed in the Small Cap and Nifty Service Sector indices over the same time.

INDIAN HUME PIPE SECURES WORK

Indian Hume Pipe Company Ltd has bagged a contract of Rs.201.14 crore from Nagar Palika Nigam, Bilaspur, Chhatisgarh for Augmentation of Water Supply Scheme of Bilaspur town with 72 MLD intermediate capacity water treatment plants, operation and maintenance on turnkey job basis, including replacement and warranty.The work has a timeframe of 30 months from the date of signing of the agreement.

SPML RECEIVES ORDERS

SPML Infra Ltd has received new orders for Water Supply and Irrigation Projects in Gujarat (Rs.500.14 Crore order from UND Irrigation Division, Jamnagar, Gujarat and Rs.45.64 Crore order from Narmada, Water Resources, Water Supply & Kalpsar Department, Gujarat), Madhya Pradesh (Rs.13.50 crore order from Narmada Valley Development Authority, Madhya Pradesh), Jharkhand(Rs.53.58 Crore order from Jharkhand Urban Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd.), and Power Infra Development in West Bengal (Rs.28.80 crore order from West Bengal State Electricity Transmission Company Ltd).

SHRIRAM EPC WINS ORDERS

Shriram EPC Ltd, has won multiple orders worth Rs.165 crore under its water management business. Rs.83.37 crore from City Corporation Davanagere involves designing and improving bulk water supply for 24x7 water supply to Davanagere city and O&M of the Bulk Water Supply Scheme for 3 months, and the Rs.82.56 crore order from Tamil Nadu Water Supply & Drainage Board entails implementation of water supply scheme in Hosur Muncipal Corporation, Krishnagiri District which is to be executed over a period of 24 months.

MEP INFRA PACT WITH NHAI

 MEP Infrastructure Developers Ltd, has signed a concession agreement with NHAI for a road project worth approximately Rs.605 crore for four laning of Mahuva to Kagavadar of NH-8E from km 100.100 to km 139.915 (design chainage from km. 100.450 to km 140.470) (package-III) in the state of Gujarat on hybrid annuity mode under NHDP phase IV in Gujarat. The project time frame is 2.5 years from May 15, 2017 and the concession period is for 15 years excluding the construction period.

L&T CONSTRUCTION WINS ORDERS

L&T announced that its construction arm has bagged orders worth Rs.5,146 crore across business segments. Its power transmission and distribution arm bagged orders worth Rs.2,780 crore in the Indian and international market. Its smart world and communication wing has secured an order worth Rs.221 crore from Rajasthan Rajya Vidyut Prasaran Nigam. Its water and effluent treatment business has bagged a Rs.1,292 crore order. Its building and factories section has won a Rs.534 crore order and metallurgical and material handling segment has won a Rs.319 crore order.

MMRDA SELECTS L&T

The Mumbai Metropolitan Regional Development Authority (MMRDA) selected Larsen & Tubro to develop the 403 MLD Surya Regional Bulk Water Supply Scheme of Rs.1,329-crore in the megapolis. The work is to be done on the design, build, maintain, operate and transfer basis. L&T is to facilitate an 88-km pipeline to supply water to Mira-Bhayandar and Vasai-Virar, and develop a laboratory, chlorination plant, water treatment plant pumping station and sub- station, near Surya River Dam.

AITL, MMRD ORDERS BAGGED

L&T wins orders worth Rs.2552 crores across various business segments. The Transportation Infrastructure & Water Effluent Treatment businesses have jointly bagged an EPC order worth Rs.1,223 crore from Aurangabad Industrial Township Limited (AITL) for the Bidkin industrial area of Aurangabad, Maharashtra. The Water & Effluent Treatment Business has also won an EPC order worth Rs.1329crore from Mumbai Metropolitan Region Development (MMRD) Authority for implementation of Surya Regional Bulk Water Supply Scheme for Western Sub Region of Mumbai.

CMI BAGS ORDER

CMI Limited, the Specialty Cable company, has been awarded orders worth more than Rs.30 crore from East Central Railways and BHEL, to provide Railway Signaling cables and HT XPLE cables, respectively.The Rs.9.97crores from BHEL to supply HT XPLE cables will be delivered within the next 4 months, while the order for the Railway Signalling cables for Rs.20.68 crores will be staggered over a period of 8 months. These orders are also revenue accretive and together with several other orders.

HCC - HPCL SHAPOORJI ENERGY PVT LTD JV BAGS DAM PROJECT

The HCC - HPCL Shapoorji Energy Pvt Ltd (HSEPL) JV has won the Government of Rajasthan Water Resources Department EPC contract worth Rs.672.99 crore for constructing the Parwan Gravity Dam. The JV is to construct a concrete gravity dam and 8.475 km long tunnel for irrigation and water supply purpose as well as 21-km long access road to the project site. The project time frame is 48 months.
